Monthly Subscribers
Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time. No refund is issued for the current month's mailing, as funds have already been allocated to printing and postage. Your spot will open up for other advertisers on the next mailing cycle.
Annual Subscribers — Early Cancellation
Annual subscribers who cancel before the end of their 12-month term may receive a partial refund, calculated as follows:
Refund formula:
Refund = Annual amount paid − (Months used × Full monthly rate × 1.20)
Example (Standard spot, cancel after 3 months):
- Annual paid: $5,490
- Months used: 3 × $549 (full monthly rate) = $1,647
- Early cancellation fee (20%): $329.40
- Total owed: $1,976.40
- Refund: $3,513.60
The early cancellation fee (20% of used months at full rate) reflects the discount you received by committing to an annual plan. Used months are recalculated at the full monthly rate ($549 for Standard, $899 for Premium) since the annual discount only applies when the full term is completed.

After month 8, no refund is available. At that point you are 75% through your annual term and the remaining months are effectively already earned through the discount you received. We recommend completing the year and keeping the full savings.
No Response-Based Refunds
We do not issue refunds based on the number of calls, leads, or customers generated by a mailing. Advertising results vary based on your offer, trade, market conditions, and timing.
We do guarantee that your advertisement will be:
- Printed exactly as you approved in the final proof
- Delivered to the specified number of homes via USPS EDDM, verified by the official postal receipt (PS Form 3587)
Print Errors
If a printing or design error occurs that was not present in the proof you approved, we will correct it at no charge on the next mailing.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the chat on our website or via the reservation form. Include your confirmation number (CHP-XXXXXX) and the reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
